Topic: KCA Membership Boundary
We heard a lot of thoughts on the proposed map so far and know there will be a lot of discussion. We are glad to hear the feedback and look forward to your attendance and comments! We are bringing the idea to you as a starting point because the board voted with all aye's to present to membership.
The intent is to define the membership of the KCA bylaws. We heard there is confusion that we are trying to change the Keystone Odessa Comprehensive Plan, which is not the case. We apologize for the lack of clarity.
The board met we and agreed we will NOT have a vote as planned. We would like to make this a conversational meeting with membership interaction. Everyone will be given THREE MINUTES each to speak to allow for all to participate. If time permits, we hope to extend the conversation to discuss the different membership types.
We encourage you to email your thoughts ahead of time or if you can't make it to info@keystonecivic.org. We will compile and group by topics of similar nature.
Maps will be printed out in large format for your review at the meeting as well.
