The Keystone Civic Association Board of Directors are a group of volunteers, elected by membership annually, who live in the local Keystone Odessa community. It is the goal of the Board of Directors to operate with integrity and transparency. The general membership has the ultimate decision making control via voting and the ability to make motions from the floor during our monthly meetings. Community participation is integral to maintain our rural, residential lifestyle in the Keystone Odessa area. The board works diligently along with volunteer committee members to assist with disseminating information and responsible stewardship.  The board produces monthly newsletters and maintains the website to keep our community informed about events and current issues.

Our Board of Directors election is held annually in March however, nomination forms are accepted throughout the year when positions are available. All applications are due by March 1st. Board seat openings that arise may be filled outside of an election and KCA may host mid-term elections, when necessary.
