Meet The Board of Directors 2024-2025

Being a Keystone Civic Association Board of Director is a volunteer position of which  also carries importance in representing our community.   It is our goal as your Board of Directors to lead and guide with Integrity, responsibly and transparent for all decisions made are representative to Resident/Members approval.     Communication is Key to maintain our Rural Lifestyles in the Keystone/Odessa area, therefore we will work diligently along with volunteer committee members (could be You!) to assist with continuity of information transfer.

Our Board of Directors Elections are held Yearly in March with Nomination forms accepted throughout the year are due by March 1st of the Election month.  A Nomination Form is available on bottom of this page for your completion and submit.   As we have Board Seat openings arise, submissions are reviewed and interviews will be set accordingly during Mid-Term as per KCA Bylaws.
