Membership: shall be individual, family or business. A voting member must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have her or his primary physical address (personal or business) located within the Keystone boundaries. The KOCP boundaries will serve as KCA membership boundaries. An individual membership shall have one (1) vote, a family membership shall have (2) votes, and a business membership shall have (1) vote.

  • Family Resident Membership

    60$
    Family Membership includes TWO votes. PHYSICAL address must be within the KOCP boundaries. Membership shall be Individual OR family OR business.
    Valid for 12 months

    • Individual Resident Membership

      40$
      Individual Membership for ONE person. PHYSICAL address must be within the KOCP boundaries. ONE vote for individual. Membership shall be Individual OR family OR business.
      Valid for 12 months

      • Business Resident Membership

        75$
        Keystone Business with PHYSICAL address within the KOCP boundaries. One Year Business Member with ONE vote. Membership shall be Individual OR Family OR business.

        • Legal Defense Fund

          50$
          Donation toward the Legal defense Fund
          Valid for one month
          • Legal Defense Fund Donation by Members

        • Community Fund

        In accordance with IRS Notice 88-120, we hereby provide that contributions or gifts to the Keystone Civic Association are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.  Membership dues also are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.  Please note that contributions, gifts, and/or membership dues may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.  Please consult your tax advisor for further information.
