Dear Members
For those of you who were not at our August general meeting, we discussed the KCA sending out two items that would be helpful for the members to have.
The first item is a copy of the flyer that was mailed out a month ago. Please copy and print to give to neighbors or friends in Keystone who might not have gotten a flyer in the mail. You can also leave flyers at Keystone businesses or businesses near the Keystone boundaries. Anything you can do to help gain more memberships would be excellent.
The second item are directions to navigate through the Hillsborough County website when looking up variances etc. Also, the PGM Store Tutorial, which are two pages copied off the hcfl.gov website
Directions
Go to hcfl.gov website. On the main page scroll down to the link that reads 'zoning public hearing map Click on it
Here is the map of Hillsborough. Zoom in to the area you are interested in.
For our demonstration we will pick Keystone here we see two variances. Let's pick Tarpon Springs and Jorene This is VAR-WS 26-1289
Click on the variance and a box comes up with lots of information. Make sure you write the number 26-1289 on a scratch sheet of paper. You don't need the letters. Hit the PGM store in this box
Scroll down the page it takes you to until you see a button that says Enter the PGM store
This page says you must log in Press okay
Now you are in the Optix Web Workstation. You will put the word public for user name and public for password
Now you see Document Repository Public click on here
In the tracking box put in 26-1289 (remember no letters) and hit enter
This is your final screen look up in the highlighted blue section and click to get the files you want
There are a number of ways to get to the PGM store but starting with the map allows you to see what is going on in Keystone.
