I am a resident of Keystone Odessa and request for county commissioners to take action to protect our community from development that will burden our county resources to fill the gaps created by the overzealous tax incentives for builders and developers.  Please retract approval of the zoning verification for the Live Local Act application 24-0602, the property is a PD (planned development) and should not qualify on this basis.  

This parcel is zoned planned development as clearly stated in the county’s zoning verification letter dated April 3, 2024.  The subject parcel PD 86-0132 was modified most recently by PRS 91-0018.  

Furthermore, Development Services stated, “It is the position of Development Services that the zoning classification of Planned Development (PD) does not qualify under the LLA" per Rich Reidy. 

Thus, all uploaded documents should make this application null and void.  We request your immediate attention to this matter.
