Special Visitors include our HCSO Helicopter, Defense teams, Mounted Patrol, HCSO Fire Department. Lots of Fun Games and Competition! Compete and win bragging rights for the Best Chili Award 2024! Also compete with your horses- Best Costume Judging for best Dressed Horse!
